[Leadership] The Northern Elders Forum (NEF) has said that if the country is to survive its current difficulties and build a better nation, President Muhammadu Buhari must improve his levels of competence, and awareness that the nation is sliding into disaster and be sensitive to the frustrations of Nigerians.
