[Leadership] Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has asked the 36 state governors of Nigeria and the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nyesom Wike, to release copies of the loan agreements and spending details of loans amounting to N5.9 trillion and $4.6 billion.
