[Vanguard] The National Executive Council, NEC, of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, FUTO, Alumni Association, on Friday insisted that the appointment of the Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, as Professor, of FUTO, was still "inexplicable and questionable."
