Un jury new-yorkais a estimé jeudi que le tube de 2014 "Thinking Out Loud" du chanteur britannique Ed Sheeran n'était pas une copie partielle du célébrissime "Let's Get It On" de Marvin Gaye en 1973. Cette victoire devrait, selon les experts de l'industrie musicale, "décourager" d'autres plaintes pour plagiat.
