Vaccinated NBA players and coaches infected with COVID-19 only need to quarantine for six days as long as they are asymptomatic and tests show they are no longer a risk to spread the bug, per ESPN. The CDC halved the recommended isolation time on Monday, from 10 days to 5 days, and the NBA made similar changes, too.
