Five Miami Beach police officers are expected to be criminally charged following the violent arrest of two men at a hotel last week, according to NBC 6 South Florida. Sgt. Jose Perez, Officer Kevin Perez, Officer Robert Sabater, Officer David Rivas and Officer Steven Serrano face first-degree misdemeanor battery charges stemming from an incident at the Royal Palm Hotel on July 26.
