Master P Headlines As Keynote Speaker At The HBCU Leadership Summit In Atlanta - Blavity

The HBCU Xperience is a staple in Atlanta, Georgia. As we know, networking is an integral part of leveling up in our society and during The HBCU Xperience, the HBCU Leadership Summit sought to bring young Black students the best information that can help equip them with the skills and mentality to realize and accomplish their goals. This year's event was held on Dec. 16-18 at Southern Exchange Ballrooms and featured a conversation held between the students and famous rapper/serial entrepreneur, Master P. Master P, real name Percy Miller, shared his insights on how to reach your goals and stay focused. He told funny childhood stories with deep meanings attached to them. One quote that stuck with many people was, "Either you can stay on the ground with the pigeons or fly with the eagles,” meaning to take note of the company you keep so you can grow.
