A Massachusetts cop’s wife faked robbery, destroyed her property, and blamed protesters of Black Lives Matter for the alleged crimes, police said.

Maria Daly, who is a wife to an officer on the Millbury police force, is facing charges of filing a false report and misleading a police investigation for the false burglary she staged earlier in October, according to CBS Boston.

She also claimed that the robbers tagged the side of her house with “BLM” in black spray paint, which allegedly stands for Black Lives Matter.

“We woke up to not only our house being robbed while we were sleeping but to see this hatred for no reason,” Daly wrote on Facebook after reporting the “robbery” to cops.

According to police investigations, Officer Daly was sleeping at the time of the incident, and the active police dog was also in the vicinity.
