Linda A. Hill

Linda A. Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Previously, Hill served as the Faculty Chair of both the Leadership Initiative and the High Potentials Leadership Program within Harvard Business School. Hill also served as the Faculty Chair of the Organizational Behavior unit at Harvard Business School.

Hill is the author of several books and articles focusing on the continuing challenges of management and leadership. Hill’s community activities include serving on the Boards of Trustees of Bryn Mawr College, the Boston Children’s Museum, and The Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund USA. Hill served on the Editorial Board of Leadership Quarterly.

Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Chicago, and a Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Chicago.
