The city’s Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department (LA Civil Rights) hosted their Reparations Advisory Commission on Saturday, April 22—an in-person community event at the California African American Museum (CAAM), commissioners elaborated on the city’s plan to conduct an investigation on what harms Black Angelenos.
