The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has reopened the shipping channel into Baltimore after a two-month closure due to the tragic Key Bridge collapse, and the Biden administration, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and Maryland Democrats are pushing for the federal government to cover the full cost of the repair.
