[Capital FM] Nairobi -- China's non-profit organization, China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) has entered into a deal with the Association of Technical Universities and Polytechnics in Africa (ATUPA) to improve the professional and technical ability of administrators and trainers in African technical training institutions.
