Janet Hill is Principal of Hill Family Advisors. In this role, Hill oversees her family’s assets and investments. Hill also serves as an Officer of Hill Ventures, Inc., a company that manages the assets, investments, public engagements and marketing relationships of her son, former NBA star Grant Hill.

From 1981 until her retirement in 2010, Hill was Vice President of Alexander & Associates, Inc., a corporate consulting firm in Washington, D.C. Previously, Hill was Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Army and a Research Mathematician for a consulting firm serving the United States Navy.

Hill serves as a Board member of Duke University, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
