Any qualified voter for the July 14 Democratic Primary Runoff Election may vote in person at any of the 45 early voting locations on the dates and times indicated below.
June 29 (Monday through Thursday) July 2 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
July 6- July 10 (Monday and Friday) 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
To request an Application for Ballot by Mail, eligible voters can send an Application for Ballot by Mail to the (Dallas County Elections Dept., 1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX 75247), fax to 214.819.6303, or email to no later than July 2, by end of business day, 4:30 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you fax or email your application form, please be aware that you must also mail the original form to the Dallas County Elections Department, Attn: Early Voting, 1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX 75247 within 4 business days.
Application for Ballot by Mail, related instructions and eligibility requirements found on our website at Election Code §84 provides that a voter may deliver their carrier envelope containing their marked ballot in person on Election Day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to the early voting clerk at Dallas County Elections.

Curbside voting permits voters with a sickness or a physical condition that prevents the voter from voting in the regular manner may utilize Curbside Voting at any of the 45 Early Voting locations or any Election Day Vote Center locations available.
