(BNC) Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) member Howard University landed five-star basketball prospect Makur Maker from Phoenix, AZ Friday morning. The 7 footer was ranked 17th in the class of 2020, and stirred headlines as he turned down basketball powerhouses Kentucky, UCLA, and Memphis to take his talents to D.C.
