Mr Abdulahi Muhammadu, an officer of the Department of State Services (DSS) attached to the anti-kidnapping squad in the Okeogun area of Oyo State, on Wednesday told a Federal High Court in Ibadan that local security personnel made it easy for them to arrest some suspected kidnappers.
