We don’t often pay attention to what’s going on behind the scenes, but truthfully, that’s where a lot of the magic happens. Since the beginning of the pandemic, a lot of us have gained a new appreciation for the supply chain and what it means for our day-to-day lives. But for people like Craig Cuffie, Chief Procurement Officer at Salesforce, that level of detail comes with the job. In fact, for a man whose experience behind the scenes makes multiple aspects of the corporation run seamlessly, intentionality is critical. “Everything has a supply chain,” he says. “We operate in this global economy, and things don’t just happen because you will it to happen.
