THE Flow Foundation yesterday launched a $60-million pilot programme focused on digital learning and supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).The announcement was made by the foundation's chairman, Stephen Price, in a livestream on Flow Jamaica's social media platforms.
