The Blue Economy Division, of the Ministry of the Environment and National Beautification, has advised that all fish markets across Barbados will be closed on Monday, May 2, as part of the Labour Day celebrations. This year, May Day, falls on Sunday, May 1, and the public holiday will be observed the following day.
