On Saturday, September 11,  over 50 Los Angeles Black Firefighters hosted a successful fundraiser in support of mayoral candidate Karen Bass. The event was held at South LA Cafe, an established eatery located within the heart of South Los Angeles, an area within the city near and dear to Ms. Bass.
