The author of a historical work on St. John history told an audience at the Caribbean Genealogy Library why Cruz Bay deserved a spot in the National Register of Historic Places. It was part of a discussion held Sunday with those gathered at the library on Raphune Hill and about 50 people attending by way of live stream.
