SANTO DOMINGO,  (Reuters) - A catastrophic roof collapse at a nightclub in the Dominican Republic’s capital left at least 66 people dead, including a popular singer, a provincial governor, and former Major League Baseball pitcher Octavio Dotel, authorities said yesterday.
