Commissioner Richard Evangelista of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) is notifying the public of its latest territory-wide fuel price survey that was conducted on Thursday, April 7. Fuel surveys are designed to inform consumers of the most affordable fuel prices throughout the territory.
