Deon Harris, a fourth-grade student at J.P. Starks Math, Science and Technology Vanguard, was the winner of the 33rd annual MLK Jr. Oratory Competition held on Friday, with Sidiba Dembele and Danielle Anderson taking second and third place, respectively.
