David Windley is President of IQTalent Partners, a professional services firm focused on talent acquisition. Windley is a seasoned executive who has more than 30 years of experience in the human resources strategy arena with companies in the domestic and international markets.

Previously, Windley served as HR executive supporting the Chief Operating Officer’s organization at Microsoft with responsibilities including leading the international Human Resources. Prior to that position, Windley worked for 10 years at Silicon Graphics, ending his tenure as Vice President of HR and co-leading the HR function. Earlier in his career, Windley worked in Human Resources management positions.
