On December 17, at 12:51 p.m., Gregory B. Louis, Jr., age 26 of Enighed Contant, St. John, was arrested after turning himself into police and charged - 3rd Degree Assault, Simple Assault, and Disturbance of the Peace - in connection with a stabbing incident outside of an establishment on Prince Street, Cruz Bay on December 8.
