The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the NTSB, D.C. Fire Department, Metropolitan Police Department, FBI, and U.S. Navy Supervisor of Salvage and Diving collaborated to recover the wreckage and victims of the tragic American Airlines passenger jet and U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter crash on Jan. 29 near Reagan National Airport.
