For the second year in a row, Black quarterbacks comprised nearly one-third (10-of-32) of theNFL’s opening day starters, a figure that speaks to the progress made by the league in terms ofdiversity as well as more Black quarterbacks making the most of their increased opportunities toshowcase their worth.
