Black Pirates

One of the greatest and most successful pirates of the Carribean was the

son of a Black slave named Diego Gullo. He learned his trade from Sir Franics

Drake, the hero of the Spanish Armada in 1588. Headquartered on a small island

off the coast of Cuba, her terrorized European shipping.
