A Hall County native, Ashley Bell was elected in 2008 at age 27 to become Hall County's youngest ever commissioner and one of the youngest in the state of Georgia. He is also honored to be a 21st Century Leadership Fellow at the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government.
