Appeal Court affirms Labour Party as winner of Lagos Reps seat

The Court of Appeal, on Thursday, set aside the previous decision of the tribunal, which had earlier invalidated the Labour Party candidate’s election as member representing Eti-Osa Federal Constituency of Lagos State in the House of Representatives.
