Angola: Telecommunication and Media Minister Visits Angop

Luanda — Angolan minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Manuel Homem, visited the State-run Angola Press Agency-E.

Accompanied by the Secretary of State for Social Communication, Nuno Albino Caldas, among the staff of the sector, the minister was briefed by the company's Board of Directors on the functioning of the company.

The minister has already visited public media companies, such as Edições Novembro, television station (TPA) and radio station (RNA), as part of his programme to assess the functioning of the sector.
