[allAfrica] Monrovia -- Rwandan health authorities are struggling to contain the outbreak of the deadly Marburg virus, which has claimed the lives of about a dozen people. Health Minister Sabin Nsanzimana said those infected are mostly healthcare workers who are usually the first responders.
