"La France ne 'pèse rien' dans les émissions mondiales de CO2, 'c'est à la Chine d'agir'…" Alors que la COP27 bat son plein en Égypte, en France, des voix se font entendre, exposant ces propos comme des arguments pour s'exonérer de lutter contre le dérèglement climatique. Si la France n'est effectivement responsable que de 1 % du  dioxyde de carbone mondial, cela omet une partie des émissions et minimise la responsabilité historique du pays.
